The Sauté Mission
Our mission is to teach participants the fundamentals of the culinary arts, including basic cooking techniques, knife skills, sauce making and much more. Chef Instructors will teach you to become comfortable and confident in the kitchen by incorporating hands-on cooking techniques using easy-to-use recipes that will save you time and reduce stress in the kitchen. Our facility is well equipped with the necessary tools to accomplish the expected outcomes of each class. Classes are open to all skill levels.
Chef Alexander Reyes
As a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu with an AOS degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Chef Alex has over 25 years of hospitality and culinary experience. Having worked at some of LA's finest establishments, Chef Alex has found a home as the owner and Lead Instructor at Saute Culinary Academy, teaching recreational as well as professional classes to the masses.
